Frequently asked questions

What counts as an invocation?

An invocation is a single call to your actor's trigger endpoint (for HTTP webhooks: one POST request). Background health checks and compilation test runs do not count towards your invocation quota.

What happens when I hit the monthly invocation limit?

On the Free tier, additional invocations are rejected with a 429 response. On Pro, you can configure automatic overage (early access — pricing on request) or set a hard cap. Enterprise tiers have no limit.

Can I export my ProcessSpec?

Yes — always. Your ProcessSpec is yours. The GET /v1/processes/{id}/export endpoint returns the full ProcessSpec JSON at any time, including after cancellation. Export is never gated on your subscription status.

How are HATP (Hardware Attestation Trust Protocol) receipts stored and accessed?

Receipts are stored in EU-sovereign object storage (Frankfurt + Amsterdam). You can retrieve any receipt by ID via the API or download them in bulk from the dashboard. After the retention period, receipts are permanently deleted.

Can I verify a HATP receipt without an Abstractor account?

Yes. Abstractor publishes its Ed25519 public keys at https://keys.abstractor.io/. Any receipt can be verified using standard cryptographic tooling against these published keys, with no Abstractor API call required.

Is billing in EUR only?

Abstractor is an EU-sovereign service; billing will be in EUR, not USD. Invoices will be VAT-compliant and issued from Decent Edge (EU VAT registered). Paid tiers are in early access — contact us for current terms.
