Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing Abstractor.io you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to do so.
2. Service
Abstractor.io ("the Service") is provided by GINF Systems Kft. (Hungary). During the preview period the Service is provided free of charge, without SLA, and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the process specifications, documents, and data you upload. You grant GINF Systems Kft. a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to process illegal content, to violate the rights of third parties, or to circumvent any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
5. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" during the preview period. We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
